How it works.

 

  • Fill out the online booking form. Choose the location and date.

  • A 50% deposit is required

  • Upon booking, you will immediately receive a calendar invite.

  • 24-48 hours after booking, we send a confirmation email with details.

  • Day-Of for Hotel/AirBnb: Client checks in and leaves company information with registration or meets with an event tech to personally provide room/door key. We require 2 hours prior to your reservation time for set up

  • Day-Of for outdoor events: Your event tech will send their pinpoint location to the picnic host via text 10-15 minutes before your picnic starts.

  • Your event tech returns at the end of the reservation to clean up. If able, request a late checkout.
